Brief History Of Mzizima Rotary Club
Rotary Club of Dar es Salaam Mzizima was chartered in 1991, with a Club ID of 27700, belonging to District 9214. The Club consists of 30 members, including 25 active members and 5 honorary members, with ages ranging from 36 to 80 years.
Club meetings take place every Monday from 17:30 at the Protea Hotel, Seaview, Baraka Obama Drive, Dar es Salaam. The Club is actively sponsoring four new clubs in formation (Makongo Juu, Mivumoni, Sala Sala, and Kijitonyama) and supports the Rotaract Clubs of Muhimbili and Mbeya Universities of Health and Allied Sciences, as well as Interact Clubs of Jangwani Girls and Makongo Secondary Schools.
